Perle, a range specifically developed for closed tanks
 


The closed tank method (also called Charmat method) is a special technique used to elaborate sparkling wines that requires specific tools. The Perle range, developed thanks to the know-how of the Station Œnotechnique de Champagne, includes three products adapted to this specific process: • Vitilevure Perle, • Acti Perle, • Fine Perle.
