Traditional method clarification of wine in bottles.

CHARACTERISTICS

A balanced blending of different types of pharmaceutical bentonites. When the bottles are on racks, coats the glass without adhering to it and forms an isolating layer. As a result of riddling, the well compacted deposit which has gathered avoids the formation of ice plugs which could be too big for disgorging.

APPLICATIONS

ADJUVANT MC is perfectly effective on stands, but its formula was designed for rapid riddling obtained with automated Gyropalette® type riddlers.
