“The analysis laboratories The expertise of our oenologists is supplemented by cutting-edge analytical tools.

Each year all the Station Oenotechnique de Champagne laboratories analyse more than 100,000 samples.

The laboratories in Epernay, Cormontreuil and Bar-sur-Seine, which are COFRAC accredited (ISO 17085), participate in inter-laboratory checks organised by the BIPEA (Inter-professional Bureau of Analytical Studies), the Union of Oenologists in France and the CIVC (Interprofessional Committee for Champagne Wines) who ensure the reliability of our analyses.
