The laboratories in Epernay, Cormontreuil and Bar-sur-Seine, which are COFRAC accredited (ISO 17085), participate in inter-laboratory audits organised by the BIPEA (Inter-professional Bureau of Analytical Studies), the Union of Oenologists in France and the CIVC (Interprofessional Committee for Champagne Wines) which ensure the reliability of our analyses.
