A rectified concentrate must made from grape juice. Suitable for making liqueur de tirage and/or liqueur d’expédition of sparkling wines, enriching musts and sweetening wines. Respects the full aromatic expression as well as the freshness of wines to which it is added for dosage.


For the elaboration of tirage and/or dosage liqueurs used for the production of sparkling wines.
Must enrichment.
Wine sweetening.


Liqueur de tirage: calculated according to the quantity of sugar needed for the secondary fermentation.

Liqueur d’expédition: 0.5 to 4.3 cL per bottle depending on the dosage.
